摘要: ARF proteins are important regulators of membrane dynamics and protein transport within the eukaryotic cell. The Sec7 domain is approximately 200 amino acids in size stimulates guanine-nucleotide exchange on members class small GTPases. one subclass Sec7-domain direct targets secretion-inhibiting drug brefeldin A, which blocks reaction by trapping a intermediate an inactive, abortive complex. A separate involved signal transduction possess that mediates binding response to extracellular signals.
