摘要: Heavy metal contamination is an emergent environmental dilemma all over the world, posing serious threat to environment as well human being by disturbing ecological balance. There are a number of physical, chemical, and biological techniques applicable worldwide for wastewater treatment, but phytoremediation green, sustainable, promising solutions problem contamination. Studies revealed that there certain hyper-accumulator genes present in plants, which make them more tolerant than non-hyper-accumulator plants species where those absent. In addition, tackle with heavy metals activating their responsive chelation, trafficking, sequestration. Therefore, studying such opens gateway thorough understanding techniques.
