摘要: Successful control of affect partly depends on the capacity to modulate negative emotional responses through use cognitive strategies (i.e., reappraisal). Recent studies suggest involvement frontal cortical regions in modulation amygdala reactivity and mediation effective emotion regulation. However, within-subject inter-regional connectivity between prefrontal cortex context regulation is unknown. Here, using psychophysiological interaction analyses functional magnetic resonance imaging data, we show that activity specific areas (dorsolateral, dorsal medial, anterior cingulate, orbital) covaries with this dependent reappraisal task. Moreover, strength coupling orbitofrontal medial predicts extent attenuation following reappraisal. These findings highlight importance within limbic-frontal circuitry during
