摘要: The objectives of this study were to evaluate the occupational risk medical students, their knowledge and practice universal biosafety measures hepatitis B immunization coverage. A specific questionnaire was applied 136 students Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais: 87 (64%) involved in surgical procedures, 68 (50%) had been exposed blood, 90 (66.2%) knew 33 (24.3%) procedure case blood exposure. Thus, population has a high exposure although there is low formal about measures, most these generally used. New strategies, such as teaching loco supervision, teams, are necessary change situation.
