摘要: Labor pain is one of the leading causes fear childbirth. Acupressure a non-pharmacological relief method that has shown promising results in relieving this pain. The present study designed to compare effects body acupressure at multiple points and auricular on duration labor. In randomized controlled trial, 90 primigravida women who attend for childbirth will be randomly assigned three groups (intervention either or acupressure; control, consisting routine care). Computer-generated six-block randomization techniques used determine allocation sequence with 1:1:1 ratio. To hide allocation, type intervention written according generated put opaque envelopes; these as well questionnaires encoded. score all participants measured peak uterine contraction 4-cm cervical dilation 10-cm based visual analog scale (VAS). active phase labor recorded too. Data imported into SPSS-16 software. First, normality data distribution investigated. among research groups, ANOVA used, which followed, case significance, by Scheffe post hoc test.
