摘要: The environmental sustainability and use of environmentally acceptable biomaterials are major areas scientific industrial research. In recent times, identification application suitable biopolymers instead petroleum derived conventional polymers gaining more attention. Chitosan chitosan nanoparticles nanocomposites very promising due to their versatile properties have found applications in various such as biomedical, foods, food packaging personal care. Many studies suggest that derivatives one the best barrier film coating materials for preserving quality foods delivering skin care products, mainly biodegradability anti-microbial properties. present review gives insight on progress made specifically packaging, products biomedical industry. Future shall address establishment scale up nanoparticles, safety aspects these human use.
