摘要: In order to evaluate the diversity of Central European Myriapoda species in course German Barcode Life project, 61 cytochrome c oxidase I sequences genus Cryptops Leach, 1815, a centipede Scolopendromorpha, were successfully sequenced and analyzed. One sequence Scolopendra cingulata Latreille, 1829 one Theatops erythrocephalus Koch, 1847 utilized as outgroups. Instead expected three (Cryptops parisi Brolemann, 1920; anomalans Newport, 1844; hortensis (Donovan, 1810)), analyzed samples included eight ten species. Of clearly distinguishable morphospecies Cryptops, five parisi; croaticus Verhoeff, 1931; anomalans; umbricus hortensis) could be tentatively determined level, while further remain undetermined (one each from Germany, Austria Croatia, Slovenia). is recorded for first time Austria. A single specimen (previously suspected being anomalans), was redetermined 1931, record Germany. All are monophyletic show large genetic distances another (p-distances 13.7-22.2%). Clear barcoding gaps present lineages represented by >10 specimens, highlighting usefulness method evaluating centipedes. specimens formally assigned divided into clades differing 8.4-11.3% another; their intra-lineage distance much lower at 0-1.1%. The geographically separate, indicating that they might represent distinct Aside parisi, intraspecific spp. Europe low (<3.3%).
