摘要: Due to the wide variability of tissue interactions and possibility specific applications, neodymium-yttrium-aluminum-garnet (Nd:YAG) laser is most important surgical laser. With adequate choice application mode relationship between interaction time power density, it can be used for precise cutting in contact with bare fiber, either a or small coagulation seam. handpiece focal preparation hemostatic purposes possible, as well focussed noncontact beam where additionally seam necessary. Endoscopically guided coagulation, vaporization, are possible fibers which introduced through nearly all endoscopes. increasing importance, homogeneous volume destroy diseased tissues by irradiation interstitial placement fiber. Thus, field tumor therapy ranges from treatment superficial tumors endoscopic ablation, resection neoplastic parenchymatous organs, thermotherapy deep-seated primary secondary malignancies. its different modes instrument central therapeutical method, whereby perfect control always using visual procedures magnetic resonance imaging color-coded duplex sonography procedures. During 12 years clinical work we have developed several proved Nd:YAG an effective therapy.
