摘要: We report on an electrochemical aptasensor for the ultrasensitive determination of thrombin. A glassy carbon electrode modified with a graphene-porphyrin nanocomposite exhibits excellent activity and can be used as redox probe in differential pulse voltammetry porphyrin its surface. The thrombin aptamer is then immobilized via p-stacking interactions between graphene π-π stacking simultaneously. resulting displays linear response to 5–1,500 nM concentration range limit detection 0.2 (at S/N 3). sensor benefits from synergetic effects (with high conductivity surface area), (possessing activity), affinity specificity). This kind conceivably represents promising tool bioanalytical applications.
