摘要: Details of uniform procedures for the routine determination adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine in urine are given. The first two compounds determined by a trihydroxyindole method; dopamine, modification method Carlsson Waldeck is used. Determination adrenaline noradrenaline illustrated using three different types fluorometer. Normal values 24-hour excretion these normal adults micrograms: 16.4 μg ± 1.1, 54.9 μg ± 3.2, 198.8 μg ± 36.2 (mean ± standard error). Some examples levels catecholamine various clinical states
