摘要: Deliberative Transformative Moments (DTM) is a new concept that serves as an amendment to the DQI. With this it easier get at quick give-and-take of discussions small groups ordinary citizens. As illustration, we apply about peace process among Colombian ex-combatants, ex-guerrillas and ex-paramilitaries. Specifically, show how personal stories can transform discussion from low high level deliberation they have opposite effect. To increase in general population, recommend good illustrations DTM’s should be part school programs early age on, so children learn discuss with others who different opinions values.
