摘要: Abstract An ab-initio study on the spin-polarized transport properties of H-passivated Fe-doped graphyne nanoribbons is presented. All calculations were based density functional theory (DFT). Doping single magnetic atom leads to metallicity which can significantly improve conductivity. The currents are not degenerate for both up and down spin electrons they considerably spin-polarized. Therefore a relatively good spin-filtering be expected. For configurations with geometric symmetry spin-rectifying also observed. applied as dual spin-filter or spin-diode in spintronic equipment.
