摘要: The aim of this work is to study the citric acid fermentation by a robust strain Aspergillus niger SIIM M288 using corn stover feedstock after dry dilute sulfuric pretreatment and biodetoxification. Citric at 100.04g/L with yield 94.11% was obtained, which are comparable starch or sucrose based fermentation. No free wastewater generated in overall process from Abundant divalent metal ions as well high titer potassium, phosphate, nitrogen were found hydrolysate. Further addition extra nutrients showed no impact on increasing formation except minimum source required. Various parameters tested only regulation required during This provided biorefining for lignocellulose maximum yield.
