Beneficial effect of modified egg on serum T3, T4 and dyslipidaemia following dietary Zn-supplementation in Wistar rat.

摘要: A fall in serum T 3 and 4 along with increase cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-c VLDL-c decrease HDL-c was observed albino Wistar rats when fed on semi-synthetic diet containing either 40 or 80mg Zn/kg diet. Zn concentrations were to decreased concentration of Cu Mg their tissues. On including modified egg (Indian Patent Application No.2264\Del\2005) the supplement diet, levels , lipid profile mineral status approached closer control group-I. The data suggest that hypothyroidism dyslipidaemia caused by excessive can be ameliorated consuming these eggs due restoration body.
