摘要: Abstract It has been reported that an extract from Angelica sinensis mainly consisting of polysaccharides (95%) prevented ethanol- or indomethacin-induced gastric mucosal damage (Cho CH et al . Planta Med 2000;66:348–51). However, it is not known whether a direct stimulatory effect on the healing lesions. To study hypothesis in rats and isolated epithelial cells, we assessed wound repair both animals normal cell culture (RGM-1), as well [ 3 H]thymidine incorporation, ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) activity, ODC protein c-Myc expression after different treatments RGM-1 cells. We found crude (ASCE) dose-dependently enhanced ulcer promoted also significantly stimulated incorporation activity cells concentration-dependent manner. was increased result this process. dl -α-difluoromethyl-ornithine repressed induced by ASCE. Pretreatment with antisense oligodeoxynucleotides blocked action ASCE expression. These data suggest while are closely associated effect.
