摘要: Abstract The analysis of antioxidants in different foodstuffs and especially fruits has become an active area research which lead to numerous antioxidant-assays being recently developed. Many exhibit inherent electroactivity, hence employing electrochemical methods could be a viable approach for evaluating the overall antioxidant capacity fresh produce matrix without need added reactive species. This work shows possibility using square wave voltammetry (SWV) other with disposable screen-printed carbon electrodes, quantify assess activity abundance specific antioxidants, mainly polyphenols selected soft fruit juices.
