摘要: Abstract A simple and rapid micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) method with UV detection was developed for the simultaneous separation determination of all- trans - 13- cis -retinoic acids in rabbit serum by on-line sweeping concentration technique. The sample simply deproteinized centrifuged. Various parameters affecting enrichment were systematically investigated. Under optimal conditions, analytes could be well separated within 17 min, relative standard deviations (RSD) migration times peak areas less than 3.4%.
