摘要: Provided is an allosteric trans-splicing group I ribozyme whose target-specific RNA replacement activity controlled by theophylline, wherein the hTERT-targeting recognizes mRNA of human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) as a cancer-specific transcript to bind theophylline aptamer hTERT target via communication module, having verified ability. The may be useful selectively diagnose only cancer cells that express RNA, or induce their apoptosis since dependentIy correct reaction.
