摘要: Abstract The paper presents an analysis of the literature concerning mathematical modelling spray drying. Three main groups models have been distinguished. A novel model has proposed and solved. In experimental data distributions particle diameters du spraying are used. calculations, physicochemical parameters drying agent in a cross-sectional area dryer were assumed to be consta Trajectories changes temperature humidity as well temperature, moisture content particular fractio particles along height obtained. comparison theoretical results revealed that they good agreement.
