摘要: Abstract We examined the interactive effects of deficit irrigation and transparent plastic covering (TPC) on key physiological traits in tropically grown grapevines. ‘Niagara Rosada’ grapevine (Vitis labrusca) was subjected to both Regulated Deficit Irrigation (RDI) Partial Rootzone Drying (PRD) while being under a TPC address following questions: (i) Does present anisohydric or isohydric behavior? (ii) How does affect leaf water potential (Ψ)? (iii) Can RDI PRD improve plants use efficiency? (iv) photochemical biochemical capacity? (v) What are respiration carbon balance? (vi) Is it possible save without affecting yield fruit quality? Three management techniques were applied: full-irrigated (FI): 100% crop evapotranspiration (ETc) supplied sides root system; RDI: 50% ETc PRD: alternately only one side system. These treatments replicated such that two plots either covered by polyethylene structure remained uncovered. found that: presented behavior; did not Ψ; Neither nor had significant effect efficiency (iv); no limitations carboxylation reactions photosynthesis Rubisco oxygenation (Vo 1500) observed, capacity inhibited; Light dark rates affected therefore damage balance; considerable volume saved when used, production; (vii) can be an effective strategy for growing tropical conditions.
