摘要: Abstract The present study was carried out to delineate the effect of teprenone on thermal and hypoxia tolerance antioxidative status Epinephelus coioides juveniles reared under multiple stressors. Four groups fish averaging 10.0 ± 2 g, body length 7.5 ± 0.5 cm were randomly distributed in 16 fiberglass tanks triplicates. A basal diet without used as a control (C), other three diets prepared by adding 100 mg (T1), 200 mg (T2) 400 mg (T3) per kg diet. After 15 days feeding, shown be potent inducer antioxidant activity. induction associated with generation resistance E. against subsequent or stress at 100 200 mg/kg incorporation Our results also provide new insight into mode action teprenone, which initial enzyme activity compound plays key role. Overall add information about bioactivity advanced our knowledge this potential prophylactic agent maintain homeostasis hypoxia.
