摘要: Under most citrus production conditions, dry leaves and other vegetative parts are returned to the soil under trees. These materials fibrous roots decompose on a regular basis. The objective here was measure annual N contribution trees from organic residue decomposition. Mineralization of measured during 2 yr two age groups each Tavares fine sand (hyperthermic, uncoated Typic Quartzipsamment) Wabasso (sandy, siliceous, hyperthermic Alfic Haplaquod). tree residues canopy accounted for 58 84 126 153 kg ha -1 4- 20-yr-old trees, respectively, 39 64 121 7- 40-yr-old sand. transformation potentially mineralizable (i.e., total in crop canopy) into inorganic forms percentage mineralization) greater (41-86%) compared with that (17-71%). Significant correlations (r = 0.82 [significant at P 0.05] 0.84 0.011) were found between quantities mineralized N. There also significant either rainfall or average temperature incubation interval. This study demonstrated quantity net accounts portion requirement.
