摘要: Numerous factors influence the chemical quality of medicinal plants from crop establishment to extraction raw material. The most important ones are described using example Hypericum perforatum. Optimization these contributes objective producing a high-quality drug, and method consisting three scientific approaches (technological, agronomical, plant breeding) is presented. All data concerning (biology, physiology environmental impacts) active components by-products (pathway, localization stability) useful adapt develop management sequences. Although breeding appears be principal way improvement, gives good results in terms resistance pathogens, component content yield; agronomical technological also very important. approach after harvesting especially avoid degradation induce, some cases, transformation those molecules sought. This integrated (plant approaches) requires research on different levels organization molecule field, includes all processing systems farmers chemists.
