摘要: To analyze the mechanism by which histone H3 phosphorylation occurs specifically during mitosis, effect of H1 on mitosis-specific (Ser-10) was investigated in nucleosomes. interaction with H1-depleted nucleosomes suppressed including Ser-10 approximately 50%. However, DNA-free octamers failed to suppress phosphorylation. The extent suppression prepared from synchronized HeLa cells cell cycle-dependent. Binding a highly phosphorylated mitotic produced least phosphorylation, whereas binding lower G1 phase resulted greatest suppression. results suggest that 1) is level interphase and 2) mitosis partially releases
