摘要: A thin germanium crystal has been irradiated at GANIL by Pb beams of 29 MeV/A (charge state Qin = 56 and 72) 5.6 (Qin 28). The induced ion emission from the sample entrance surface was studied, impact per impact, as a function Qin, velocity vin energy loss DE in crystal. ions transmitted through were analyzed charge (Qout) using SPEG spectrometer. emitted ionized species detected mass Time Flight multianode detector (LAG). Channeling used to select peculiar Ge hence trajectories close emitting surface. experiment performed standard vacuum. No found. dominating are H+ hydrocarbon originating contamination layer on top mean value number incoming (multiplicity) varies (Qin/vin)^p, with p values agreement previous results. We have clearly observed an influence deposition layer. When selecting increasing DE, we rather slow increase . On contrary, probabilities high multiplicity values, that essentially connected fragmentation after emission, strongly DE.
