摘要: The aim of this research was to evaluate the effect biochar diet supplementation for broiler chickens on (1) ammonia and odor emissions from manure, (2) feed conversion ratio daily weight gain, (3) selected meat quality sensory parameters. Beechwood (BC, 2 4%) BC–glycerin–aluminosilicates mix (BCM, 3 6%) were tested as dietary additives. A total 750 chicken broilers (Ross 308) divided into five groups with replicates per group (n = 5, 30 birds in each replicate) reared a littered floor 5 weeks. Both additives showed significant reduction by up 17%, while not statistically significant. increased 8% highest concentration mixture. change treated broilers’ average body ranged last week experiment 0 −7%, most negative dose Sensory analysis sous-vide cooked breasts no differences.
