摘要: A digital electric energy meter check device based on simulate traceability method is used for testing the accuracy of IEC61850 standard and comprises an AC signal conditioning board, a central industrial computer, linear power panel supplying device, wherein board converts three-phase voltage current provided by circumscribed source into signals meeting range limit AD analog-to-digital converter rear in front end low distortion manner; achieves functions sampling, electrical accumulation, communication, error calculation, data exchange computer; computer developing human-computer interface, fulfilling giving commands, communication result display, exchanging commands with serial port through board. The reaches grade 0.05, magnitude can directly trace to present national higher grade.
