摘要: The mitochondrial Cytochrome Oxidase Subunit 1 gene (COI) has been promoted as an ideal "DNA barcode" for animal species and other groups of eukaryotes. However, the utility COI marker level discrimination phylogenetic analyses yet to be tested within Rhizaria. Accordingly, we analysed sequences nuclear small subunit rDNA (SSU) from several morphospecies euglyphid testate amoebae (Cercozoa, Rhizaria) in order evaluate these DNA markers reconstructions. Sequences were obtained eleven populations belonging sixCyphoderiamorphospecies that isolated field samples North America Europe. Mean inter-population sequence dissimilarities on average 2.9 times greater than SSU, while intra-population higher SSU (0-0.95%) (0%); this suggests fragment is valuable discriminating Cyphoderiidae isolates. Our study also demonstrated are useful inferring relationships among tree topologies very similar even though used (500bp) was much shorter (1600bp). Altogether, results demonstrate a potential taxonomic barcode assessing cyphoderiid diversity group.
