Investigation of phase object trace duplication in moiré deflectometry.

摘要: In a deflectometry experiment for finding the temperature distribution around hot wire as phase object, trace of in moire pattern is duplicated, and it observed that separation traces varies when distance between two gratings setup changed. By investigation deflectometry, found object duplication cannot be interpreted by ray deflection theory, which based on geometric optics. using diffraction effect studied, some generalized formulations are presented. It demonstrated deformation fringes does not originate from wavefront derivative, but superposition separated wavefronts causes fringe deformation. this approach, accuracy analysis improved. Finally, results model simulated, simulation has good agreement with experimental model.
