摘要: Schwangerschaft und Geburt erfordern vom mutterlichen Organismus eine besondere Adaptation an die sich verandernden Bedurfnisse. Mechanische, hormonelle metabolische Veranderungen greifen hierbei ineinander. Alle anasthesiologischen Masnahmen wirken nicht nur auf den Organismus, sondern beeinflussen auch das Wohlergehen des Fetus bzw. Neugeborenen. Fur optimale anasthesiologische Versorgung schwangerer Patientinnen ist Kenntnis dieser Prozesse Voraussetzung.
