摘要: Methods and compositions for polymorphism detection separation. The methods are readily multiplexed, can be adapted to a variety of existing systems, permit target amplification without PCR. allelic variants selectively isolated, with or contemporaneous detection, finds particular utility in facilitating the construction coisogenic cell collections which cells differ genotypically by single nucleotide changes targeted defined loci.
