摘要: The invention concerns a suspension of particles as carriers (PV) for active principles (PA). Said vector are based on polyamino acids (PAA). They have mean hydrodynamic diameter (Dh) ranging between 30 and 120 nm an insulin load factor (Ta) 5 25 % associated volume relative to the acid forming carrier principles. double-block polymers comprising hydrophilic (AAI) hydrophobic (AAO) monomers. also solid powder substance from which derived preparation said particles. consists in copolymerising N-carboxy anhydrides monomers precursors monomers, presence N-methyl pyrrolidone methanol. then transformed into by hydrolysis.
