Reverse process of usual optical analysis of boson-exchange superconductors: impurity effects on $s$- and $d$-wave superconductors

摘要: We performed a reverse process of usual optical data analysis boson-exchange superconductors. calculated the self-energy from two (MMP and MMP+peak) input model electron-boson spectral density functions using Allen's formula for one normal ($s$- $d$-wave) superconducting cases. obtained constants including conductivity dynamic dielectric function an extended Drude model, finally reflectance spectrum. Furthermore to investigate impurity effects on quantities we added various levels impurities (from clean dirty limit) in same obtain conductivity, function, reflectance. observed that give similar $s$- $d$-wave superconductors; more distinct gap feature less superfluid density. However, $s$-wave superconductor gives clearly than because superconductors are averaged over anisotropic Fermi surface. Our results also supply helpful information see how characteristic features gaps appear raw study may help understand thoroughly. Further systematic experimental collected at conditions will reveal origin mediated boson
