摘要: This invention relates to the transient expression of heterologous polypeptides in mammalian cell lines. Specifically it an expression-enhanced line derived from a parent line, comprising nucleic acid encoding Epstein-Barr Virus Nuclear Antigen 1 or functional derivative, analogue, variant thereof; and further comprising: (a) exogenous glutamine synthetase; (b) endogenous synthetase, wherein is arranged have enhanced enzymatic activity and/or relative under comparable conditions; (c) both (b).
