摘要: Epidemiological studies show that there is a link between urban water pollution and increase in human morbidity mortality. With the number of new substances arising from chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural industries, an urgent need to develop biological test systems for fast evaluation potential risks humans environmental ecosystems. Here, combined cellular reporter assay based on survival stress-induced activation survival-promoting factor nuclear κB (NF-κB) its use detection cytotoxicity cancer-related stress responses presented. A total 14 chemicals may be found trace-amounts ground levels are applied tested with presented assay. The project embedded within joint research TOX-BOX which aims harmonized testing strategy risk management anthropogenic trace potable water. identified carbendazim as NF-κB-activating agent mammalian cells.
