摘要: White matter infarct induces demyelination and brain dysfunction. We previously reported that transplantation of microvascular endothelial cells improved the behavioral outcome promoted remyelination by increasing number oligodendrocyte precursor in rat model white infarct. In this study, we investigated effects vascular generated from human induced pluripotent stem (iPSCs) on Seven days after induction ischemic demyelinating lesion injection endothelin-1 into internal capsule a brain, iPSC-derived (iVECs) were transplanted site demyelination. The majority iVECs survived for 14 when traced immunohistochemistry cytoplasmic protein. iVEC significantly recovered hind limb rotation angle as compared to iPSC or meningeal cell evaluated using footprint test. Fourteen transplantation, area remarkably decreased just before magnetic resonance imaging luxol fast blue staining, was dramatically assessed staining. Transplantation increased lineage suppressed inflammatory response reactive astrocytogenesis. These results suggest may prove useful treatment
