摘要: Aim Increased physical activity can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease and mortality rate. In contrast, a prolonged heart rate corrected-QT (QTc) interval is associated with an increased risk arrhythmias, sudden cardiac death coronary artery disease. The present cross-sectional study was designed to clarify association between level QTc in older adults. Methods The participants included 586 adults (267 men 319 women, age 71.2 ± 4.7 years) without history disease, who were taking cardioactive drugs. Electrocardiography recorded standard resting 12-lead electrocardiograph, while calculated according Hodges' formula. assessed using triaxial accelerometer. divided into four categories, which defined equally quartile distributions interval. Results After adjusting for age, body mass index, waist circumference number steps, time spent inactivity higher light significantly lower longest group than shortest both sexes (P < 0.05, respectively). However, there no significant differences moderate vigorous activities among groups either sex. Conclusions These results suggest that decreased level, especially intensity activity, adults.
