摘要: A case of an intracranial tumor in a 26-year old woman with symptoms hypopituitarism, and visual disturbance is presented. The primary site has been verified by the clinical presentations hormonal neurological studies as originating from pituitary gland extension to suprasellar area. Histologically, contains elements that demand its interpretation malignant teratoma. In marker study, aFP level was elevated, suggestive endodermal sinus component. We report this mixed germ cell transformation benign
