摘要: Coal-fired power generation will dominate the electricity supply in China foreseeable future. Coal fired units can play a crucial role integrating intermittent wind energy and improving overall efficiency of system. The integration benefits power, along with gains high load rates coal units, should be fully taken into account. An optimal model combining is built to analyze operational flexibility power. Taking North Power Grid as an example, dispatch costs are examined under mode, comparison those fair rules installed capacity. results show that increasing system mode may best choice for share integrate more delivering services financially influenced. also indicate certain amount curtailment reasonable, rational penalty rate fees help optimize operation Based on these results, policy strategy recommendations proposed promote change their
