摘要: Objective: To describe the clinical and ultrasound characteristics of ovarian pure clear cell carcinoma. Methods: This was a retrospective study involving data from 11 centers. From International Ovarian Tumor Analysis (IOTA) database, 105 patients who had undergone preoperative examination by an experienced examiner between 1999 2016 were identified with histologically confirmed carcinoma ovary. An additional 47 diagnosed available complete reports retrospectively databases departments gynecological oncology in participating The images all tumors described using IOTA terminology. Clinical analyzed for whole group, separately, those without endometriosis, evidence tumor developing endometriosis. Results: Median age 152 53.5 (range, 28–92) years 92/152 (60.5%) FIGO Stage I. Most (128/152, 84.2%) unilateral. On examination, contained solid components 36/152 (23.7%) completely masses. median largest diameter lesion 117 25–310) mm. Papillary projections present 58/152 (38.2%) masses and, most these (51/56, 91.1%), vascularized papillary seen. Information regarding presence, site type pelvic endometriosis at histology 130/152 patients. Endometriosis noted 54 (41.5%) these. In 24/130 (18.6%) patients, judged to have developed Patients with, compared without, younger (median 47.5 vs 55.0 years, respectively), ground-glass echogenicity cyst fluid more common cancers (10/20 13/79 (50.0% 16.5%), respectively). Conclusions: is usually early stage typically appears as large unilateral mass components. are than other carcinoma, often manifest fluid. (Less)
