摘要: The effects of dietary saturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated (PUFA) the n-3 n-6 series on weight gain, body composition substrate oxidation were investigated in broiler chickens. At 3 weeks age three groups chickens (n 30; ten birds per group) fed fat-enriched experimental diets for 5 weeks. These isonitrogenous, isoenergetic contained 208 g protein/kg 80 edible tallow, fish oil or sunflower oil/kg; acid profiles thus dominated by acids, PUFA respectively. Resting RQ was measured five from each treatment group during 4 experiment. There no significant differences between treatments total feed intake final mass. Birds had lower significantly reduced abdominal fat pad weights (P<0.01) compared with those tallow. lipid profile changes resulted greater partitioning energy into lean tissue than (calculated as breast weight:abdominal mass) (P<0.01; difference groups). In addition, PUFA-rich lowered plasma concentrations serum triacylglycerols cholesterol. findings indicate that influences nutrient
