Synthesis and Characterization of Ba0.96Sr0.04Zr0.04Y0.005Ti0.955O2.9975 Nano-powders via Polyacrylamide-Gel Method

摘要: Pure tetragonal phase Ba0.96Sr0.04Zr0.04Y0.005Ti0.955O2.9975 nano-powders were synthesized via a simple, fast and low cost method: polyacrylamide gel (PAG) method. The effects of processing parameters on the polymerization reaction sizes as-prepared powder investigated. results reveal that critical value monomer / cross-linking agent ratio is 4.5:1 for tightest network structure smallest average particle size nano-powder correspondingly due to grid gel. monomer/cross-linking concentration have significant influence quality particle. In investigation range we probed into, nano-dispersed BSZYT powders obtained. native grain ∼27 ∼45 nm after calcined at 900°C 1200°C, respectively.
