摘要: To analyze the involvement of structured water (bound to macromolecules) in apoptosis-induced mitochondrial outer-membrane permeability, we compared dynamics protons from nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data apoptotic liver mitochondria with that control incubated vitro free Ca(2+) (opening permeability transition pore, PTP) or Bax alpha. Our results demonstrate molecules exhibit an accelerated translational motion common induced by opening PTP, but limited amplitude. On other hand, no significant quantitative change was observed mitochondria, a phenomenon also alpha-induced permeability. We conclude changes different phases differ both quantitatively and qualitatively during PTP mixed properties between these model situations.
