摘要: Summary Interleukin-12, a heterodimeric cytokine consisting of glycosylated subunits 35 and 40 kDa, is central molecule in controlling innate as well adaptive immunity. This study was aimed to investigate the role IL12A IL12B candidate genes for immune competence pigs. The porcine were screened polymorphism association analysis carried out by mixed model with parameters immunity, vitro haemolytic complement activity classical alternative pathways, vivo activation expressed C3c serum concentration, blood leucocyte proliferation measured F2 animals pig resource population based on cross Duroc Berlin miniature (DUMI population). A single nucleotide (SNP) promoter region (C > A) identified. Two SNPs detected intron 4 at positions 192 (A > G) 437 (C > T).
