摘要: Objective: The relationship between platelet activation and psychiatric disorders has been shown in previous work. Mean volume (MPV) is a measure of size good indicator activity, which increases cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). It known that anxiety considerable factor the etiology mortality CVDs. aim present study was to investigate any probable difference MPV patients with panic disorder (PD). Methods: Sixty-one drug-free patients, aged 18–65 years diagnosed PD according Diagnostic Statistical Manual Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition, were included study, along 63 healthy age- sex-matched volunteers. body mass index (BMI) calculated measured for each subject. Results: found be higher group compared control (P=0.004). There no significant differences two groups terms count or BMI. Conclusion: Alterations activity may reflection abnormal 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) 1A receptor function central nervous system subjects diagnosis PD. These findings elucidate CVDs suggest increased patients.
