摘要: Two new naphthalimide hydroperoxides 3 and 4 have been synthesized their interactions with DNA investigated. They efficiently intercalate into (in the dark) cleave (under irradiation, 365 nm) pBR322 pUC19 DNA. Their DNA-cleaving activities depend on incubation time temperature in dark, concentration of drugs, types buffers. In contrast, cleavage by 1, a phthalimide peroxide that has reported to act as cleaver, was not visible under same condition.
