THE EFFECT OF PHOSPHORUS AND COPPER OXIDE ON THE PHOTOLUMINESCENCE CHARACTERISTICS OF Li2CO3-K2CO3-H3BO3 GLASS

摘要: In this paper, glass sample was prepared by the conventional wet chemical method. A series of borate consists lithium and potassium carbonate doped with 0.1mol% NH4 H2PO4 copper oxides have been well prepared. The structural optical properties measured means their XRD, FTIR, PL UV-VIS spectra. From results, current shows a nonlinear property emitting two prominent peaks at 504 540 nm (green light emission) under excitation 630 nm. significant enhancement on spectra due to increment phosphorus impurities dopant has also observed. Some other physical parameters were identified. results as then being estimated discussed.
