Management of combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma: a case report and literature review.

摘要: Combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CC) is a rare type of primary liver cancer comprising histopathological features both hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CC). Because its rarity controversial diagnostic criteria, it continues to be poorly understood with lack well-delineated treatment options for recurrent or metastatic disease. We report case cHCC-CC in 31-year-old woman no risk factors HCC CC pulmonary metastasis treated systemic chemotherapy.
