摘要: Single-crystal X-ray diffraction is one of the methods choice available for determining absolute configuration chiral molecules. This mainly achieved by a mathematical description an important physical phenomenon, which occurrence anomalous scattering (resonant scattering). Together with robust models, advances in modern diffractometers (CCD) and progress computing have made task ‘easier’.
