摘要: To achieve and maintain quality in laser materials processing it is recommended to employ a reliable process monitoring system. Today, systems for make use of different spatially sensors, experimental investigations have shown that the reliability monitored signals can significantly be increased by using camera system with two-dimensional spatial resolution instead an integral detector. The improvement achieved exploiting information provided distributed intensity electromagnetic radiation emitted process. In particular coaxial set up observation direction beam axis allows easy reproducible installation.
